I’m Rosette Felebrico-Singson, a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner, Designated Capacity Assessor (Alberta), and founder of ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness™.

I provide compassionate, evidence-informed mental health support for adults and older adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and significant life transitions. I also offer capacity assessment services and support for individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals facing complex care decisions.

My approach is warm, respectful, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe that every person deserves a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we will identify your concerns, recognize your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

I welcome people from diverse backgrounds and honour each person’s values, culture, beliefs, and lived experiences. For clients who desire it, faith-informed support may also be thoughtfully incorporated into the therapeutic process.
